Do I need to be a customer to refer?+
For the Referral track, yes — an active paid account is required. For Reseller and White-label tracks, no account needed. Just a signed partner agreement.
How do I get paid as a reseller?+
You collect payment from your clients directly at your retail price. Scarlet Risk invoices you monthly at the wholesale rate. You keep the difference.
How does white-label billing work?+
You bill your clients whatever you charge. We invoice you monthly based on active seats at your volume tier. Net-30 payment terms.
Is there a minimum for white-label?+
Minimum 5 active client seats to activate white-label. We offer a free 30-day pilot with up to 3 seats so you can test before committing.
Can I switch tracks later?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Referral to Reseller or White-label at any time. Downgrading requires 30-day written notice.
What support do I get as a partner?+
Referral partners get standard support. Resellers get partner portal access and co-branded materials. White-label partners get dedicated onboarding with Pete directly and priority support.
Are there contracts involved?+
Referral track: no contract needed. Reseller and White-label tracks require a simple two-page partner agreement written in plain English. Email pete@scarletrisk.com to request one.
