Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

There is no annual contract required to use Scarlet Risk. Every tier — Go, Pro, Elite, and Team — is available on month-to-month billing that you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Quarterly billing (5% discount) and annual billing (15% discount) are available if you want them, but they're a pricing choice, not a lock-in. You still don't sign a paper contract, and you can switch back to monthly at your next renewal.

For customers who require a Master Services Agreement (common in enterprise-adjacent procurement), we have a standard MSA and Data Processing Addendum available. Those are covered under the standard subscription — they don't add cost or extend commitment.

The only cadence-based limitation: if you prepay for a longer term, we don't refund the unused portion on downgrade — you keep access at the higher tier until the term ends, then step down. See our full billing and refund policy under Terms.
