Getting Started · Common question
Which Scarlet Risk tier fits my company size?
Short answer
Under 10 employees or just exploring: Scarlet Go ($25/mo). 10–50 employees with a real audit or enterprise deal in play: Scarlet Pro ($99/mo). 50–200 employees or multiple frameworks: Scarlet Elite ($250/mo). 200+ or multi-entity/MSP: Scarlet Team ($500/mo). Switch tiers any time.
Company size is the fastest signal, but the real driver is what you actually need to do this quarter. Here's the honest breakdown:
Scarlet Go ($25/mo) — 1 to 10 employees, no active audit, no enterprise deal demanding SOC 2 today. You want a policy library, posture monitoring, and the intelligence feed so you're not flying blind. This is also the right tier if you're a solo founder validating an idea.
Scarlet Pro ($99/mo) — 10 to 50 employees with one framework in play (SOC 2 Type 1, HIPAA, CMMC Level 1). You have a specific audit or a deal above $100k ACV that requires a report. This is the most common tier.
Scarlet Elite ($250/mo) — 50 to 200 employees, multi-framework (SOC 2 + HIPAA, or SOC 2 + ISO 27001), or an active Type 2 observation window. Vendor risk becomes a real workload here, and you need the deeper monitoring.
Scarlet Team ($500/mo) — 200+ employees, multi-entity, or an MSP/vCISO managing multiple clients under one roof. Includes seats, sub-workspaces, and higher API limits.
