Do I need to talk to someone before signing up?
Short answer
No. Every tier — Go, Pro, Elite, and Team — is fully self-serve. Pick your plan, enter a card, and you're in. If you want a live walkthrough before deciding, we offer them, but they're never required and there's no gatekeeping.
No sales call is required for any Scarlet Risk plan. We built the product self-serve on purpose. The reason: if you need to talk to a salesperson to figure out whether a $25 or $99 product fits your business, the pricing page and the Discovery Questionnaire have failed. So we made those good instead.
If you'd genuinely benefit from a live walkthrough — you're evaluating on behalf of a team, you have unusual constraints, or you just prefer talking to a human — you can schedule one directly with Pete (the founder) at calendly.com/pete-scarletrisk. But it's an option, not a step.
You can also watch the 2–3 minute pre-recorded demo on the homepage or explore the live demo dashboard without an account. Together with the Discovery Questionnaire, most buyers have everything they need.
